HOW DID THE LOCKDOWNS AFFECT YOU?

I was worried about the side effects from the vaccines and the impact on my health, so I decided not to take the Covid19 vaccine. I could not find a doctor to provide me with an exemption due to my existing health concerns, so as a result was stood down by my employer and couldn’t operate my business.

*Loss of Employment Income $17,000 approximately – I was stood down from my employment for not taking the Covid19 vaccine, I did have some casual work working from home (the amount reflected is the difference between my usual wage & the wage that I received). [2022 tax return & current payslip attached]

*Loss of Business Income $20,000 approximately – I was not able to operate my Naturopathic Business due to the vaccine mandates. [2022 tax return & current P&L attached]

*Loss of Savings (property) $35,000 – I used all of my savings to support myself during the 36 weeks that I was not allowed to work/operate my business. [Several bank statements showing the amount I had in savings attached]

*Loss of Health – Undue stress and anxiety relating to financial pressures and emotional estrangement from my family.

*Loss of Loved Ones – During the time of the vaccine mandates, my father became seriously ill (I suspect from the vaccines) and passed away in November 2021. The palliative care unit’s policy prevented me from spending the last few moments with my dad & I was not allowed to attend his funeral. This added to the further estrangement from my family. [My Father’s death certificate attached]

*Loss of Freedom – Due to not being vaccinated, I was not allowed to travel. My savings that I had built up were to help me move interstate, as I didn’t want to stay in Victoria (due to the lack of freedom). Instead used them to financially support myself.

*Travel costs – I have out of pocket expenses relating to attending protest marches (including going to Canberra from Ballarat) to object to the Government overreach.

*Damages (Pain & Suffering) – Due to the mandates, I was bullied and shamed for making a choice. Not only was I not able to participate in society, but I lost family and friends and my ability to generate an income to support myself. I felt incredibly isolated and depressed for a very long time and was not able to access mental health services in person.
