Employed by Monash Health Hospital – Bureau for the past eight years as a Permanent Casual Administrator.
My responsibility was providing Administration Support and Assistance to all levels of Management, Medical and Nursing Staff, at various Monash Health sites and departments such as Acute/Sub-Acute Care Wards, Outpatient Specialist Clinics, Including Monash Health Corporate areas..
From the beginning of my employment, my employer knew I had a medical condition and I never worked in High Acute Areas such as Emergency Department, Intensive Care, and Covid Wards furthermore I never had any direct contact with the patient. I attended all Monash Health workshops requirement’s Such as; Health and Safety, PPE, Health Huygens, and N95 Mask Fittings.
My Medical History
Dec 1996 I was diagnosed with a Pituitary Tumor.
MRI showed there was a Tumor on the Pituitary gland compressing the optic nerve that leads to temporary peripheral vision loss due to the tumor compressing on the Optic nerve and restricting blood flow to the eyes. Urgent Surgery was required to relieve pressure from the Optic Nerve.
My Neurosurgeon considered my case as one of a kind and was very concerned as normally a person would have only one operation on the Pituitary gland with no complications. Unfortunately, I was required to be operated on my Pituitary gland Four times with complications consisting of:
• Two CSF – Cerebrospinal Brain Fluid Leaks
• Two Nasal Biomaterial Graft Surgeries with Nasal Repacking Including Two Lumbar Puncher Drain to stop Brain Fluid Leak pressure,
• Iron Infusion
• Two lots of radiotherapy (the first radiotherapy was for 6 weeks and the second radiotherapy was for 8 weeks).
After all this, I was required to have my Left and Right Total Hip Arthroplasty (Hip Replacement) due to a condition known as Avascular Necrosis. This is caused by the long use of Cortisone (one of the side effects) which I, unfortunately, need to take for the rest of my life with another medication called Thyroxine and Desmopressin Acetate.
Having my last (R) hip replacement I ended up back in MMC Hospital with meningitis and golden staph (Staphylococcal – Staph Meningitis) This required me to have an Urgent PICC Line inserted into my left arm to administer the Antibiotics (Note: PICC Line – Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter Line goes all the way up to a vein into the heart to protect the heart from the Staph and distribute Antibiotic quickly throughout the body)
The underlying factors of risking my medication not being effective by taking this particular trailed vaccine as it was not properly tested like all other medications of 7 years Furthermore NOT EVEN being tested for patients with Endocrine Issues like myself would have dire consequences for my condition or cause other problems as current studies are being proven. (Refer to the attached document).
• Dr Flavio Cadegiani Brazilian doctor at a Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) Conference in Kissimmee, WARNS of potential increase in hormone disorders due to COVID shot spike protein. Saying, Upon entering cells, the spike protein can activate pro-inflammatory pathways by inducing DNA damage, inhibiting DNA repair, causing stress to the cell’s mitochondria, which is critical for cell energy production, and much more. All of this leads to cellular stress, injury, and possible cell death.
I did speak to my Endocrine Doctor and my two General practitioners they have NOT given me any assurance that I will have any problems with my current condition and any other associated efficacy with my medication by participating in any of the current Trailed Covid vaccines but was advised that they weren’t allowed to give out Medical Exceptions.
My GP did provide me with a Certified Letter, which was emailed to Monash Health Bureau Manager Stating that I was not against any vaccines but due to my medical history including my concerns about the trial covid vaccines he was not going to vaccinate me without full consent.
The Certified Letter was not taken into consideration but was rejected by say to this letter is not a medical exception
My requests to work from home and to discuss my concerns in a respectful and professional manner had been ignored, brushed aside, and told in an aggressive manner to just go and get vaccinated without any consideration for my medical condition. I felt insulted by the way I was spoken and the way I was treated was unprofessional, especially in the eight years I have been working for the Monash Health Bureau but to be placed on Suspension – Under Allegation of Serious Misconduct as if I have done a criminal offense for Not receiving the vaccines that are still on trial and to have all my pre-booked shifts from (8/11/21 to 7/1/22) cancelled by the Monash Health Bureau Manager.
Now one year late receiving an email on 28 November 2022 by the Monash Health Bureau Manager stating, as of 16 Nov 2022 my employment has been terminated due to being unvaccinated.
