My drivers license is suspended from covid fines
I opted to go to court over these charges but each time the court date came up I was either recovering from an operation or unwell from my recent health complications. I had informed the court ahead I couldn’t attend and have an email saying from the courts if I needed more time off to let them know. Then another court date was arranged by the courts but on that occasion I was unwell once again. But the magistrate refused to reschedule and heard the matter in my absence and found me guilty. But I am innocent! I’ve successfully had a $1000 fake fine discharged already when I challenged the magistrate and tendered documents re a Constitutional issue. But these other ones including a fake Covid fine I’ve not been well enough to attend court and that’s when they’ve heard without me even though I’ve stated they can’t re the Hearing Rule! They want me to pay to attend the court to state my case but I won’t pay so that’s when they’ve now suspended my driving license and I live rurally and need to travel to work but I now can’t let alone attend my medical appointments that are ongoing.

The Police came to where I live after the dentist called them that day, but it was 11 weeks later! I didn’t know who they really were being that it was 11 weeks after the appointment for my stepdaughter, so I didn’t open the door. They could have been impersonating the police for all I knew. One policeman was standing behind the other by the window when they saw me and when I asked them to leave as I said they were trespassing; the one behind shook his head in the manner of saying ‘no’, with no words and being behind, off camera too! At that point and with my dogs still barking due to the banging on the front door from these two men dressed as police, I then shut my blinds quickly. They knocked again but I didn’t answer it, as I was fearing for my life, being that they were armed and I had no protection myself and being home alone too! As soon as they left and I felt it was safe for me to open the door, I ran down to my gate and closed it and placed a ‘no trespass’ sign up. They didn’t call again but I received the charges in the post, several days after that.
