I was unlawfully dismissed from my permanent job

I was unlawfully dismissed from my permanent job because I declined being jabbed. I wrote to my ex-boss many times with information and warnings, but he ignored that. This lead to huge tensions, financial and emotional strains in our family. My wife also lost her work because she declined being jabbed. We could not afford to keep living in Sydney. We bought a coach and lived there for 6 months, then relocated in another city, and due to this my wife lost some of the music students she taught. We have had to start life again, and I have found it very difficult, even now, to find work in my profession because agencies still prefer people who have taken the C jab. I have lodged a 113page Affidavit with my ex-boss, 3 times, but he maintains he will not respond to that. I need to take this case further and am unsure what the best step is now – take it to court or something else.
