I lost my place of employment due to distance needed to travel and vaccination requirements.
I lost my income due to not being able to travel.
I lost my income due to not being vaccinated.
I couldn’t visit with my children and only living grandparent due to travel restrictions.
I couldn’t visit my dying grandparent due to travel restrictions and vaccination requirements.
My mental and physical health was severely affected by the physical isolation and the wearing of masks as I am hearing impaired.
The implementation of screens as well as the masks in public spaces made interacting with people almost impossible for me unless I had someone with me to assist. This led me to feel very uncomfortable in public an I often opted to stay home. I became very withdrawn and depressed, requiring much time spent in therapy over the last few years.
