Employment terminated by NSW Ambulance due to non compliance with vaccine mandate due to medical reasons even though I was in a non-patient care role and working in isolation from home. I was unable to obtain a medical exemption from GP. GP stated I was high risk, likely to have a rection due to medical history but was required to have the first dose to prove I would have an adverse reaction, which I could then apply for an exemption.
