I lost my career as a mental health worker due to mandates. I was a single parent at the time and had to sell my home and find alternative accommodation for my teenage daughter. I lived with no fixed address for twelve months, couch surfing where l was able to and camping in the outback in between.
I received a $5400 fine for protesting within my 15km radius while wearing a mask even though l have an exemption. The fine was later recindered but now l have a record even though the fines and mandates were unlawful.
