My employment with the NSW Department of Communities and Justice was terminated on 22/01/2022 for ‘Misconduct’. I failed to provide evidence of Covid-19 vaccination by their imposed deadline of 26/10/2021.
My annual Salary before Tax was $72,077.00 paid fortnightly. I seek financial compensation for the termination of my employment to the effect of back-pay from 23/01/2022 to present, which is $2,174.70 net per fortnight.
