HOW DID THE LOCKDOWNS AFFECT YOU?
Mental , physical and financial stress

Physical -being forced to have the COVID vaccination twice or lose my job. I am a single parent and could not afford to lose my job.
My son did the same for attendance at school.
Mental- Did not agree with being forced to wear masks and having a vaccination as we were healthy.
My son had a really bad time dealing with isolation at home for months on end. He couldn’t go anywhere or do anything. This affected his mental well being. I had to get help from the doctor and all they did is prescribe anti depression drugs. I tried to get him to see multiple specialists and they were all booked out. We were able to speak with one counsellor and head space for a short time. But my son didn’t feel it helped.He fell so behind on school work as he gave up trying.
Financially I needed to keep working as much as I could to keep a roof over our heads and pay the bills that kept coming.
