A Tasmanian Government mask mandate came into effect in Dec 2021, I agreed to the wearing of a mask, but required my employer to sign a liability document before I would wear a mask. My employer refused to sign the liability document, from that point on I was not assigned any work with them. (I’m a casual school bus driver) I lost earnings for the period from 9th Feb to 24th June 2022. I was asked to return to work when the mask mandate was lifted by the Tasmanian Government, to which I agreed.
