In 2021 I studied a Diploma in Financial Counseling at RMIT. Vaccinations wasn’t a requirement and still not mandated but the employers who are all the large charities have mandated the positions. I am working as a volunteer as a FC but can’t get a paid position because of my vaccination status. I WFH and undertake intake and FC via phone since placement on 23/11/21 till current. My boss took me on because I have drug allergies. I have a medical certificate but can’t get an exemption. He accepted my certificate. After placement and graduating I’ve stayed on as a volunteer FC.
