Meditation – the Greatest Gift

Make sure you spend at least 10 minutes a day and hopefully more, sitting quietly with your attention withdrawn from your senses and the outside world and focused on the formless brilliant Consciousness that exists within you.  Breathe through your nose as much as possible during your days and nights.  This will enliven your ‘third eye’ and enable you to see and experience the Spiritual Worlds and will bring you Peace and Bliss.
